0.9.40: OTA respawn test — version bump only, no code change
Publishing this to verify the release-ready push actually reaches the app and the supervisor respawns it, WITHOUT any manual stop/start. That is the one part of the OTA wiring that cannot be verified except by publishing. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
