0.9.93: serve the operator surface on stortron
AP_ADMIN_PORT=3401 in the published defaults, so the surface exists where the bridge actually runs rather than only when someone remembers the variable. ⚠ Loopback regardless. This deployment sets AP_BIND=0.0.0.0 for the PUBLIC listener — which is precisely why index.js hardcodes 127.0.0.1 for the admin one instead of reusing config.bind.
