chore(fleet): sync local channels.json with main (canary v0.25.0-rc.6)
main was promoted to rc.6 in #205 but this branch still carried rc.4, and scripts/check-fleet-rollout.mjs reads the LOCAL file — so it refused to check a rollout that was already live. Same value as main, so this cannot conflict on merge. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
