chore(release): reconcile v0.25.0-rc.8 legacy lineage
Record the tested v0.25.0-rc.8 candidate as an ancestor of main without changing the v1 tree. This preserves release-surfaces ancestry verification while keeping v1.0.0-rc.1 content authoritative.
