Blind substrate production-ready — not draft packages; soak + multi-node evidence (BLIND-CAPACITY-SIZING is planning-only).

Peerit dual-read → blind-first — or accept OutboxLog’s 20k-writer ceiling forever.

Multi-ingress / multi-operator Peerit — single Outbox writer is a social SPOF.

Rate-limit architecture for browsers — shared NAT is a measured product issue, not theoretical.

T1 gateway fleet admission freeze — public shells at scale without transitional allowlists only.

Media policy — if images/video dominate, re-run this model with class-4/5 and CDN-like BW.

Phase-2 settlement path — Lightning/micropayments still pending; year-1 is reputation + subsidy designed.

A year-1 world with 10k Peerit DAU and 1,000 operators is
